About the event
Wellness Unplugged: Seen & Supported is a community-centered event designed to create a safe, grounded space for the LGBTQ+ community to connect, reflect, and feel supported – without pressure, noise, or expectation.
This gathering brings together conversation and creativity through a guided panel discussion and optional canvas painting experience. Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to navigate life as part of this community right now, how to cope with uncertainty or feeling unheard, and how to find support, resources, and connection locally.
The discussion will be facilitated to ensure a respectful, welcoming environment, with opportunities to participate or simply listen. For those who prefer non-verbal engagement, interactive elements allow attendees to feel seen and connected without needing to speak. Panelists will be thoughtfully selected and announced soon.
